We’re looking for a dynamic, youth-focused leader to join our team and create life-changing experiences for 8th–12th grade students. As the Youth Development Program Coordinator (Teens) , you’ll lead innovative, engaging programs that combine education, arts, tech, wellness, and youth development. You'll create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for teens to explore who they are and who they want to become.

Schedule : Full-Time (32-35 hours per week) – School Year : Mondays – Thursdays – 1 : 30p-8 : 00pm and Fridays- 1 : 30-6pm. Adjusted hours in the summer and on non-school days

Pay : $16.00 / hour and up, based on experience for the position
