Outreach Agent

A company is looking for an Outreach Agent to make outbound calls to medical providers for obtaining medical charts.

Key Responsibilities

Contact assigned medical providers by phone to obtain medical charts

Utilize call scripts to encourage providers to send in charts via fax or mail

Log call transactions and meet minimum call volume and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

1 year of call center experience, preferably in outbound or sales calls

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Good judgment and patience in handling provider interactions

Experience with accurate record keeping and data management
