Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR). The candidate will serve as the connection between the organization and its customers, both internal and external. The candidate will take ownership of resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring that exceptional customer care and satisfaction drive every action. Responsible for managing customer interactions through phone, chat, email, and in-person support, CSRs must maintain up-to-date knowledge of company and project-specific policies and procedures, adapt to business needs, and take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Respond to general questions while highlighting the organization as a solution for reducing traffic congestion and improving travel reliability.
• Deliver courteous, professional, and prompt support to organization customers, out-of-state patrons, and prospective users through phone, chat, email, and in-person.
• Utilize the CRM to update and maintain customer account information, such as communication methods, credit card details, vehicle data, and transponder status.
• Help with account setup and closure, transponder exchanges, toll dispute resolution, and updating customer details.
• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
