Lead with purpose as the RN Clinical Leader of a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit. A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a dynamic and experienced RN Clinical Leader to oversee clinical operations and staff within its Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This is an exceptional opportunity for a strong clinical and operational leader to guide a committed team and shape the delivery of high-quality critical care.

About the Role

Reporting to the Nurse Manager you will provide daily oversight of ICU operations staff performance patient flow access and quality outcomes. You will supervise approximately 30 clinical team members and play a key role in fostering engagement supporting professional development and ensuring exceptional patient care standards. The RN Clinical Leader also maintains clinical competency through direct patient care during productive time modeling best practices and supporting staff at the bedside.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support clinical staff including RNs and LNAs / technicians.
• Provide daily on-site leadership to ensure optimal scheduling coverage workflow and operational efficiency.
• Develop implement and monitor clinical protocols workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure staff competency ongoing education and professional development.
• Complete annual performance evaluations in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with providers interdisciplinary partners and leadership teams.
