A company is looking for an Owner Relations Agent to join their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding issues such as revenue, land, and division orders
Log inquiries in a case tracking system and follow up on unresolved issues
Build relationships with clients and manage difficult situations with professionalism
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, or similar fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs
High School degree or equivalent
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
