Job Description :

As the Education Director at Mathnasium of Whitefish Bay, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the academic success of our students.

You will be responsible for developing individualized learning plans for students, overseeing the quality of instruction, corresponding with teachers, and managing a team of passionate instructors.

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive and motivating learning environment where students can thrive.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students based on their individual needs and goals.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and adjust learning plans as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for instructors to enhance their teaching skills.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students' academic success and address any concerns or challenges.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes student confidence and motivation.
• Stay current with educational best practices and research to continually improve the effectiveness of our instruction.
• Assist in all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center.
• Help grow overall center performance metrics, including student success.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
• Available during instructional hours with weekday and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in education, tutoring, or instructional leadership role.
• Strong understanding of math curriculum and instructional strategies from K-12 grades.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students and instructors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to excellence in education and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
