About the Client :

Our client, provides the US Military, law enforcement, and government agencies with precision-engineered, high-quality weapons, new or replacement components, and modular weapon systems. They are looking to fill a Quality Engineer position.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Ensure Products Meet High Standards : You'll help improve how products are made and inspected, making sure everything meets ISO 9001 requirements and customer expectations.
• Work Across Teams : Partner with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer service to solve problems, including customer complaints and production issues.
• Build & Manage Quality Plans : Create and maintain quality control plans using data to guide improvements.
• Inspect Incoming Materials : Verify that all purchased parts and materials meet company standards.
• Support New Product Launches : Help define quality procedures for new products.
• Improve Current Products : Review existing products and set up quality checks to keep things running smoothly.
• Write Inspection Guidelines : Develop and update instructions for how parts and products should be inspected.
• Assist Production : Support the launch of new production runs and help maintain high quality during operations.
• Maintain Reports & Records : Keep clear, accurate documentation of all quality inspections and reports.
