A company is looking for a Product Support Representative - Tier 1 (SaaS / Clinical / Front Office / EMR).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to clients on EMR platforms
Develop knowledge in core domains such as Practice Management, Clinical, or Billing / Financial
Manage client cases effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
At least 2 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment
High technical aptitude with a proven track record in client support and troubleshooting
Medical / Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
Working knowledge of EMR / EHR medical software applications is a plus
