Position Overview :

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading, and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. The division plays a critical role in risk management and control, helping to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and reputation. Every trade agreed upon, every new product launched, and every market entered depends on Operations to develop the processes and controls that make business flow.

As part of our team, you will support key operational functions and contribute to the firm's strategic goals through data-driven insights, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) reporting cycles, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Represent Operations in working groups and committees, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational planning.
• Produce and contribute to weekly summaries, highlighting key risk items and operational updates.
• Build and maintain metric reporting dashboards that provide transparency and track performance across business units.
• Manage monthly budget allocations, ensuring financial decisions align with strategic priorities.
• Regularly review and improve operational processes, identifying risk areas and implementing enhancements to strengthen the control environment.
• Utilize project management skills to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Apply strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage day-to-day tasks effectively.
