CareBridge Nurse Practitioner : Tennessee

$5,000 Sign On Bonus

• Must Have a current, active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Tennessee AND Must Have an Active RN Compact license out of the state of Tennessee.

Location : Virtual - This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

Work Shift : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm CST or EST And rotating on-call.

The Advance Practice Provider, Nurse Practitioner is responsible for collaborating with company physicians, the patient’s other physicians and providers, and their family members to develop complex plans of care in accordance with the patient’s health status and overall goals and values. Provides clinical and non-clinical support to patients.
