We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President – Multi Asset Trading to join our Buy‑Side Trading Solutions Team. This role is located in Boston, MA but is required to work EMEA hours.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

Manage order flow global portfolios across a range of asset types, including Fixed Income, Currencies, exchange‑based and OTC Derivatives.

Execute transactions using a variety of access methods and execution tactics with a global network of banks and broker‑dealers.

Undertake Pre‑ and Post‑Trade Cost Analysis to optimise execution behavior using a variety of analytics platforms.

Act as a liaison for the Portfolio Managers and Analysts, providing them with feedback and market color.

Ensure best execution standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Contribute to enhancements in trading workflows, including algorithmic execution and post‑trade analytics.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong aptitude in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science and a background in quantitative analysis preferred.

At least 10 years of experience with institutional trading of various asset classes, including Fixed Income, Currencies, Swaps, and Derivatives.

Understanding of global regulatory and market structure requirements, Best Execution concepts, Transaction Cost Analytics and Regulatory Reporting.

Significant hands‑on experience with OMS and EMS platforms, Fixed Income and FX trading venues and trading protocols.

Effective communication skills with a team‑first attitude; self‑starter with ability and desire to pursue initiatives and projects independently.

Strong execution expertise, cross‑asset knowledge, and the ability to operate in a high‑touch environment aligned with EMEA trading hours.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $116,000 and $246,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and Company‑sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
