Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development of solicitations, application templates, and related documents
- Manage review processes, status, and tracking for technical review of proposals and negotiations; liaise with mission office for cost proposals and technical evaluations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders involved in the program
- Communicate orally and in writing complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive programs forward
- Must be capable of tracking metrics effectively and adept at managing multiple parallel projects and tasks simultaneously.
Requirements :
At least 1 year experience supporting Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) or related Federal "ARPA" agencies (IARPA, ARPA-E, HSARPA)Experience within management expertise and collaboration within mission offices to ensure effective execution of ARPA-H's objectivesExperience in both strong technical and plain language writingGeneral knowledge and experience with acquisition awards such as FAR-based contracts, Cooperative Agreements, and Other Transactions (OTs) and knowledge of acquisition documentation requirementsExperience in the development of solicitations, cost estimates, and related documentsExcellent written and oral communication skillsUnderstanding of biomedical research and developmentHighly detail-oriented, organized, and proactiveAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamDemonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write reports for scientific and public audiencesExperience in using data management and analytics platforms
