A Leading Urgent Care Network | Locations : NY, NJ, CT (On-site with extensive travel)
Are you an operational leader ready to drive the success of a growing multi-state urgent care network? We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Urgent Care Operations to be the operational backbone for our 30+ centers across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Reporting directly to the CEO and President, you will be the chief architect of operational excellence, compliance, and growthensuring every center adheres to the highest standards while expanding our market presence and financial performance.
What You'll Be Driving
This role focuses on four critical areas essential to our urgent care division's success :
- Operational & Compliance Leadership :
- Ensure 100% operational compliance across all centers with state, federal, and UCA accreditation standards.
- Conduct annual policy reviews and perform quarterly facility audits across all sites.
- Team Development & Onboarding :
- Design and execute a comprehensive, streamlined onboarding program for new Practice Development Managers (PDMs).
- Ensure PDMs are fully trained on operational processes, performance targets, and compliance requirements.
- Performance & Growth Strategy :
- Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard to track performance metrics across the entire network.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement strategies that boost patient volume and optimize revenue generation .
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Serve as the central liaison between operations, HR, compliance, finance, and executive leadership, ensuring seamless and efficient communication.
What You'll Bring
Required Experience : 3-5 years in a management / operations role within a healthcare setting .Urgent Care experience is strongly preferred.Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Expertise : Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards (including UCA), and accreditation processes.Skills : Exceptional organizational, analytical (data analysis / KPI reporting), and multi-site project management skills. Must be a proactive problem-solver and collaborative communicator.Travel : Ability to travel 3-4 days per week (60-80%) across NY, NJ, and CT.Other : Valid Drivers License.Compensation & Benefits
