Head Of Growth E-Commerce
A fast-scaling E-commerce apparel brand is looking for a Head of Growth a true operator who lives and breathes paid media, performance, and creative testing. This is not a "manage and delegate" role it's for someone who has built and led high-performing teams across Meta, Google, and TikTok and still loves being close to the numbers.
You'll be responsible for driving profitable growth at scale, leading a team of elite media buyers, and building systems that can support eight-figure annual spend. The pace is fast, the bar is high, and the opportunity is massive.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of media buyers across Google, Meta, and TikTok ensuring each channel hits aggressive ROAS and growth targets.
- Own and optimize millions in monthly ad spend with a deep understanding of offer strategy, creative iteration, and funnel performance.
- Develop and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies that balance scale with profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure brand, offer, and performance alignment.
- Stay hands-on : dig into dashboards, analyze creative tests, and make real-time optimizations.
- Recruit, train, and inspire top media talent raising the standard for performance and accountability.
- Report on and forecast key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, and blended performance.
