BioMatrix Specialty Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support our Intake Department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and organization of patient-related documentation, which directly impacts patient care and operational efficiency.
The Document Management Specialist will monitor incoming faxes and electronic documentation, identify document types, ensure proper routing, and accurately maintain records within our electronic health record (CPR+). This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and the commitment to providing excellent support to both internal teams and external partners.
This is a full-time, on-site role, scheduled Monday-Friday in our Van Nuys, CA office will work from 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. PST, while those in our Overland Park, KS office, 10 : 30 a.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. CST schedule.
