Desktop Technician

Desktop Technician WinCorp Solutions is seeking a Desktop Technician to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in Irvine,CA. This is a full-time, onsite consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Our philosophy is it is not just about the clients, but also respect for our greatest asset, our people. Qualifications : Requires 4-6 years of experience. Will require experience in Mac Os operating systems as well as PC. Must have used Service Now, Active Directory, and other systems. Must have experience supporting C-Suite executives. Responsibilities : Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups. Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN / WAN connectivity, Operating Systems, and provides end users support for all LAN-based applications.
