What You’ll Be Doing
Install, service, maintain, and retool deep rolling equipment at customer sites
Disassemble, inspect, and recondition tooling and machine components
Assemble, align, and adjust machine tool systems including spindles, slides, bearings, and drive systems
Read blueprints and use precision measurement tools to verify dimensions
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Test and verify system calibration, accuracy, and operation
Work with PLCs and related I / Os (programming experience a plus)
Start up and debug newly manufactured or rebuilt machines both in-house and at customer facilities
Support shipping, receiving, and material handling as needed (including forklift / pallet stacker use)
Lift 40–50 lbs. regularly and be available for occasional weekend work
What You Bring to the Table
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (mechatronics / engineering preferred) OR 3–5 years of related experience
Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read / utilize technical documents
Knowledge of how mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic processes integrate
Experience troubleshooting CNCs and / or PLCs (a plus)
Excellent time management and self-motivation with the ability to “hit the ground running”
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to clearly explain technical details
Professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to work well with others
Proficiency with MS Office tools
A valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
