Role Summary
Lead the development and implementation of global transport business process standards, master data governance, and transport and trade technology platforms for the Global Transportation and Trade operations organization. This role will be part of the Global Strategy & Deployment team responsible for deployment of business capabilities spanning Regional Transport, Inter regional, 3PL and 4PL Management Excellence. Define technology strategy, drive alignment, shape innovation, and roll out the Global transportation and trade process and capability blueprint. Own the successful delivery and adoption of large scale digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with segment Deliver partners.
Additionally, own the Performance Analytics & Reporting capability, delivered through the Global Capabilities Center (GCC)driving process automation, standardized reporting, and advanced analytics to generate efficiencies, strengthen compliance controls across Global Transportation and Trade operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop strategies and implement technology-based solutions that deliver real time visibility and actionable insights across J&J supply chain movements via Global Transport Platforms.Own the E2E Global Business Process standardization across Regional & Inter Regional, Inbound and Outbound (OTiF D) operations. Ensure key process standards and capabilities are designed, integrated, deployed and successfully adopted.Lead development of a lean, flexible architecture enabling plug and play with best in class solutions, with minimal business interruption.Serve as a technical leader in data management and systems integration. Own E2E Global Transport Master Data Governance and drive proactive data quality in collaboration with cross-functional team.Design, build, and implement technology solutions that improve agility, responsiveness, and effectiveness of Global Transport and trade operations.Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders, drive strategic relationships with technology partners, vendors, and suppliers to deliver business capabilities on time and in budget.Lead a multi-layer team of technical and transportation professionals; foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that promotes diversity, equity & inclusion with mentoring, coaching, and career development.Partner with Deliver leaders, supply chain partners, and PMOs to generate insights and drive continuous improvement for strategic transformation programs.Performance Analytics & Operational ReportingLead the global Performance Analytics & Reporting organization (GCC based), including operating model, capacity planning, intake / prioritization, and service levels.Define and steward the enterprise KPI / metrics taxonomy for Global Transportation (e.g., OTiF D, cost to serve, lane / carrier performance, exception rate, dwell, lead times) to ensure a single source of truth.Establish standards for reporting & visualization and self service analytics; govern a common semantic layer and certified datasets.Drive process automation and workflow digitization (rules engines, APIs, event driven triggers, and RPA where appropriate) to improve cycle time, accuracy, and productivity.Develop and scale advanced analytics / data science use cases (predictive ETA / exception risk, network performance modeling, scenario simulation, and cost / CO? optimization).Implement robust data governance and controls (quality checks, lineage, access, change management) and embed master data standards upstream.Enforce global reporting standards and documentation; enable timely regulatory / quality reporting with Compliance, Quality, and Finance.Partner with JJT / IT, Data & Analytics CoEs, Finance, Procurement, and Regional Operations to evolve platform roadmaps and deliver scalable, secure analytics capabilities.Recruit, develop, and mentor analytics, reporting, and automation talent within the GCC; build communities of practice and training for end users.Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.10+ years of business experience in Transportation, E2E Supply Chain Operations, Information Technology, or related areas.Proven leadership of a centralized analytics / reporting function (GCC / GBS or equivalent), including KPI design, data governance, and automation.Success operating in complex, highly matrixed, global environments with evolving priorities and tight timelines.Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive change through strong engagement and communication.Experience with TMS, ERP, WMS, XPS, Jira, and related technologies.Strong project / program management skills and delivery track record.People management experience leading multi-layer, global teams.Preferred :

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $146,000-$251,850
