What You'll Do : You'll Make the Moment
Experience and Education : Bachelor's degree and 1 - 2 years of experience in risk management, insurance claims, or similar customer service position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills. Customer service skills. Ability to identify and seek needed information / research skills. Ability to understand and follow directions. Time management skills. Interpersonal skills.
