Zone Installations Director for Medical Devices Midwest
As Zone Installations Director, you will be responsible for executing commercial projects and delivering revenue in your zone by leading, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through process improvement projects and collaborating in the end-to-end commercial delivery process with external customers (hospitals) and internal stakeholders (sales, project management, service, and supply chain) to drive leading KPIs and convert order intake to revenue on a predictable schedule. Your focus will be on driving operational and financial performance within your zone while delivering an exceptional overall customer experience. The Zone Installation Director reports into the North America Region (NAR) Integrated Supply Chain, and directly to the NAR Head of Revenue for the Precision Diagnosis & Image Guided Therapy business.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This role is a field / remote role in the Midwest United States, and the candidate must live in the Midwest.

Philips Transparency Details : The pay range for this position in IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, OH, WI, ND is $144,750 to $231,600. The pay range for this position in KA, MO, NE, SD is $137,613 to $220,020. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
