Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progress aligns with schedules and plans. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address and resolve any issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout all project phases. Oversee material and equipment deliveries to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and updates. Coordinate and lead site meetings to communicate project status and goals. Develop and mentor on-site teams to enhance productivity and performance.
