Location: Hybrid role (Will work at HQ in Santa Rosa, CA Tues/Wed/Thurs)

Compensation Details: $145k-$180k annually

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a demonstrated track record of success to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping raise capital as well as managing existing debt/financing and managing ongoing reporting requirements. Additionally, the candidate will help with various financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making to support the organization's growth and profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of banking, capital markets, financing, financial modeling (advanced/expert level Excel skills), forecasting, and business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage any and all corporate financing/banking related activities, specifically focused on supporting the Director of Finance with any new financing, capital raises and managing existing debt and other debt/financing instruments
• Assist with execution and lifecycle management of ABS and securitized financing structures.
• Help prepare models, presentations, interfacing with banks, service providers and investors
• Help lead and manage bank/investor diligence processes and operational readiness efforts for financing requirements
• Lead all ongoing detailed reporting requirements for banks, investors, and third party service providers
• Support the Director of Finance in the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Take ownership, develop and maintain complex financial models for financial, operational and project analysis.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor and communicate business performance.
• Working closely with the CFO, Director of Finance and Controller, be able to partner with other senior leaders to evaluate financial outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing, cost analysis, and capital expenditure planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA would be a plus
• 7+ years of experience in finance, corporate finance, investment banking or banking in a growing dynamic company. MUST have relevant experience in corporate financing, capital raise or banking. Securitizations and/or ABS experience a huge plus
• Expert level proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools. Be able to support the build and development of financial and operational models and forecasts, including complete financial statements and their drivers including variables and their subsequent impact on the financial statements for forecasts by running sensitivity analysis models.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with PowerPoint and putting together presentations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Telecommunications industry experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CFA or MBA is a plus.
• Experience with reporting requirements associated with securitizations or other ABS financing facilities
• Experience with automation tools and data analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana cloud software platform and/or experience with other ERP systems.
