Role Description

Lunata is looking for a warm and welcoming Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice in Berkeley, California. The PCC will have the opportunity to work with a small, collaborative team driven to build a reputation for high-quality, patient-centered care. Knowledge of medical insurance desired, but not requires. Primary Responsibilities

  • Responding to patient leads across phone, text, and web inquiries
  • Providing information on cosmetic procedures and pricing
  • Insurance verification, copays, and deductibles
  • Creating new patient records
  • Welcoming new and existing patients to the office
  • Scheduling new patients, minor procedures, post-ops, and follow-ups
  • Retail product presentation and sales
  • Requesting patient reviews
  • Creating content for social media

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of medical, aesthetics, administrative, or hospitality experience desired
  • Attentive listening and empathy
  • Skilled at phone etiquette, scheduling, and developing relationships
  • Enjoys supporting others through their personal journeys
  • Ability to get along with patients with different backgrounds and personalities
  • Committed to seeing the details through for every patient
  • Highly organized and effective at managing time
  • Experience with electronic record-keeping
  • Knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace, and Canva desired
  • Salary and Benefits
