We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise small commercial construction crews. This role requires 7-10 years of experience in concrete, drywall, or demolition. You will be responsible for ensuring that daily activities align with project schedules, milestones, and cost / productivity expectations while maintaining clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.

7-10 years of experience in concrete, drywall, or demolition.

Proficiency in construction techniques, including blueprint reading, carpentry, and the use of hand tools.

Expertise in concrete finishing, formwork, slab preparation, and concrete pours.

Experience in drywall hanging and finishing.

Knowledge of demolition practices.

This is a Permanent position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62000.00 / yr.
