Outside Plumbing Sales Representative

$100,000 to $120,000 First Year Potential

Full-Time | Raleigh, NC

HIRE Strategies is seeking an Outside Plumbing Sales Representative to support and grow contractor relationships throughout the Raleigh area. This is a relationship-focused role where you will work directly with plumbing and mechanical contractors to provide product solutions, build partnerships, and support ongoing project needs.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and enjoys being out in the field meeting customers. If you have experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction supply, or outside sales, we would love to speak with you.

What You'll Do :

Grow and maintain a territory of plumbing and mechanical contractor accounts

Support both new and existing customers with product recommendations and quotes

Visit job sites, shops, and offices to strengthen customer relationships

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes

Track your accounts and territory activity and meet monthly revenue goals

What You Need :

Outside sales or plumbing industry experience preferred

Knowledge of plumbing or mechanical systems is a strong advantage

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits :

First-year earnings expected between $100,000 and $120,000

Base salary plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses
