Job Summary :

The IFSS Tallahassee branch is seeking a motivated  Account Executive  to join our team. This role focuses on re-engaging and developing business with new / former customers, primarily within the Security, CCTV, and Fire Alarm sectors. This individual will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and your target / coverage area will be, but not limited to, the Tallahassee area and surrounding counties, including : Leon, Jefferson, Liberty, Wakulla, Gadsden, Gulf, Franklin and Taylor counties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer relationships, skilled in direct sales, and capable of driving growth through strategic outreach and solution-based selling.

Compensation :

Base salary of $55,000 – $65,000 annually, plus commission.

Commission is performance-based and may vary.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
