What your shift looks like

Based in Minneapolis, MN, 55428, you’ll join a production team that takes pride in precision packaging. On the 2nd or 3rd shift, you’ll work a steady rhythm of 4, 10-hour days each week—leaving you a 3-day weekend to recharge. You’ll set up and run industry-leading equipment, including Vega and Bobst folder-gluers, to produce top-quality finished cartons.

A day in the life

You kick off by reviewing job tickets and preparing your folder-gluer for the run—dialing in guides, glue systems, and feeders for a perfect start. Throughout the shift, you monitor performance, make fine adjustments, and conduct in-process checks so every piece matches spec. You keep the line moving safely and efficiently, complete routine maintenance, and capture production data so the team hits its goals.

• Set up and operate folder-gluing equipment to consistently produce high-quality cartons.
• Monitor operations and adjust settings as needed to sustain peak performance.
• Inspect output to confirm it meets specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Keep your area organized and safe, following all safety protocols.
• Record production data and promptly report discrepancies to leadership.
