A company is looking for a Specialist in Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage low level employee relations cases, including workplace accommodations and policy interpretation
Triage and assign employee relations and ethics cases through established intake processes
Support routine and moderately complex investigations by maintaining accurate documentation and applying ER protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or related HR support roles
Experience supporting frontline or operational environments preferred
Working knowledge of employee relations practices and employment law fundamentals
Strong judgment and organizational skills in managing cases and assessing risk
