Your Role : Automation Attendant

As an Automation Attendant at MGS, you will support automated assembly machinery as well as provide input for improvement processes in a manufacturing environment at the MGS Richfield location.

What we're looking for :

• Positive, team-first attitude aligned with our Core Values : Teamwork, Integrity, Passion, Safety
• Comfortable standing and rotating between workstations for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and grow with us
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required)
