Position OverviewWe are seeking reliable and dedicated caregivers to join our team. Caregivers will provide assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and support that ensures clients can live safely and comfortably at home.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting).Provide companionship and emotional support.Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.Support clients with light housekeeping and errands.Follow care plans and report changes in client condition.Document services provided and maintained accurate records.Follow all agency policies and Minnesota state regulations.Qualifications (Required in Minnesota)Must be 18 years or older.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Current CPR / First Aid certification (required).Up-to-date vaccination records (including COVID-19).Negative TB test within the past 90 days (or willingness to obtain before hire).Must successfully complete a Minnesota DHS background study (NetStudy 2.0).Ability to pass competency testing and orientation training.Reliable transportation to and from client homes.Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.shift availability : Day Shift (Required)Ability to Commute : Minneapolis and the surrounding areas (Required)Willingness to travel : 100% (Required)
