We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Content Manager to oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of content across our internal platforms. This role bridges process management, content quality assurance, and technical writing to ensure our content ecosystem is accurate, consistent, and user-friendly.
The ideal candidate thrives on structure, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a keen eye for both detail and design. You'll play a key role in maintaining content standards, guiding contributors, and continuously improving how information is shared across our organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or technical writing
- Strong proficiency with Confluence / Atlassian (creating, organizing, and maintaining structured content)
- Technical background with the ability to understand and translate technical terminology into clear documentation
- Experience coaching teams on process adoption and documentation standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex information
- Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams
Responsibilities
Content Management & Operations
Manage incoming Jira requests, ensuring submitted content meets established quality and formatting standardsRespond to Hub user support, access, and export requests, providing timely and accurate issue resolutionUpdate and maintain admin-only and shared pages within the content platformPerform routine content audits to remove outdated content, fix labeling issues, and maintain overall content accuracyPartner with Content Area Owners to review roadmaps, evaluate new content needs, and coordinate large updates or new feature rolloutsPublish announcements and high-visibility content (e.g., featured content, newsletters), ensuring alignment with communication goalsContent Review & Governance
Maintain contributor resources such as guidelines, templates, and checklists to ensure content consistency and clarityDevelop and refine content standards including style guides, page templates, formatting rules, and governance criteriaPartner with designers to continuously improve contributor experience, adding tools, tips, and best practices to support content creationManage the content review process, ensuring submissions are accurate, searchable, and aligned with brand and usability standardsTechnical Writing & Editorial Support
Write, edit, and maintain admin or system-level pages with clear, concise, user-focused documentationProvide feedback and coaching to teams submitting content, helping them improve readability, structure, and formattingOffer technical writing guidance and best practices to contributors; potentially develop a "content coaching" or self-service resource centerEnsure all published content meets organizational standards for quality, accuracy, and usability
