Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado. Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends
• 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
• Limited shared call (phone consult only)
• Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support
• Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• Salary: $235,000-$265,000 (based on experience) plus incentives
• Educational loan repayment: $100,000
• Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance: $60,000
• Resident stipend: Up to $18,000
