Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction General Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site construction activities as the Commercial Construction General Superintendent, coordinating subcontractors, labor, and materials.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and building code compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to drive project success.
• Mentor and guide site teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
