We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join our growing team. This position will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a trusted fiduciary who thrives in a collaborative, client-first environment. This position will report to a Managing Partner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary advisor and relationship manager on key client relationships providing wealth management and investment advice to ultra-high net worth and high net worth clients.
- Lead client meetings, ensuring a high level of service and proactive communication by managing all aspects of the client relationship experience with both internal and external teams.
- Coordinate and lead the delivery of Corient's full spectrum of client solutions-including investment management, financial planning, tax strategy, family office services, wealth transfer, and trustee support-to ensure a seamless and holistic client experience.
- Through a robust discovery process, identify and prioritize key client investment and wealth planning needs and objectives. With the client's input, determine short and long-term deliverables and develop a plan to accomplish them.
- Contribute to business development efforts by cultivating client referral sources, building centers of influence and participating in thought leadership.
- Mentor and support Associate Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Planners.
- Stay current on finance markets, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide informed advice.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.8+ years of proven experience in Wealth Management or similar role; experience with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients required.CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required.Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive advice.Strong growth mindset with a focus on winning and retaining clients.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ethical and professional behavior, adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.Competencies

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
