Branch Manager, RTN Federal Credit Union, Marlborough, MA
RTN Federal Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in the state is seeking a seasoned customer-service-oriented, self-motivated individual with managerial experience to manage our Marlborough Branch.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The successful candidate is responsible for all facets of managing the Marlborough branch as well as satellite branches.
Ensures the overall operational management of the branch in accordance with established Credit Union policies and legal and regulatory requirements
Promotes RTN Federal Credit Union through community involvement via memberships in local organizations and other available means.
Proactively guides the performance of the teller and platform staff toward achievement of their individual goals.
Manages member experience levels within the branch, adhering to established guidelines.
Management of staff in branches regarding discipline, training, coaching and employee development.
Oversees the work scheduling and workflow of daily routine operations.
This position is a full-time position requiring Saturdays and after hours.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS NEEDED :
Minimum requirements :
Five or more years experience in banking or credit union branch management and familiarity with all banking products and services.
Strong sales background
Must have a positive can do attitude and high energy level
High level of attention to detail and skills
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Bachelors Degree required
