Job Details

A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced MS / Tele nurse for a travel assignment.

The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact).

This position could float to sister facility in Mesa & is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.

Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, with 2 max attempts.

A pass / fail Sim Lab is also required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions).

Job Requirements

2 years of experience required.

Active BLS certification required.

Active ACLS certification required.

Active AZ license or compact license required.

Submissions cannot have worked in Arizona for the past 12 months as a permanent staff employee.

Schedule Information

Required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.

Shifts : 7a-7p and 7p-7a.

Unit Specific Information

Floating : Yes if needed to like facility - Mesa

Floor specific orientation : 2 days

Scrub Color : Navy Blue

Tele : Yes

Vents : No

IV Team : No

RT 24 / 7 : Yes

Pharmacy 24 / 7 : Yes (remote after 6pm)

Additional Details

COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval.

Travelers could float to sister facility in Mesa.
