Job descriptionFull Time Direct Hire 1st Shift Lead with Vision : Provide clear direction and energetic leadership that fosters engagement, accountability, and performance at every level Own the P&L : Manage the full budget and financial performance of the facility, driving both growth and efficiency Drive Results : Use data, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and customer service Inspire Excellence : Build and develop a high-performing team by setting expectations, coaching talent, and celebrating success Champion Safety : Create a proactive safety culture through training, accountability, and hands-on involvement Elevate the Customer Experience : Be the face of CJ Logistics to our clients anticipate needs, solve problems, and foster long-term relationships Fuel Continuous Improvement : Implement scalable processes and challenge the status quo with a mindset for operational excellence Build Culture : Partner with HR to recruit top-tier talent and create a workplace where people want to stay, grow, and thrive Tackle other duties like a pro all within your training and expertise Bachelors Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old
Warehouse General Manager
Staff Management is seeking a strategic and results-driven Warehouse General Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. This role is responsible for leading multiple teams, managing inventory and logistics processes, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to align warehouse performance with organizational goals.
