Brasero is in search of a General Manager to lead our growing team.
Brasero brings bold, wood-fired Latin cooking to West Town’s bustling restaurant row. Brasero is born of Manion’s love for the live-fire cooking of Brazil that first captured his imagination as a kid-old living in Sao Paulo.
This sultry 120-seater draws inspiration from across Latin America, honed through Manion’s decades of experience. Pulling inspiration from the jet setting heyday of the 1970s paired with true grit Chicago hospitality, Brasero is all at once vibrant and eclectic, personal and laid back—inviting you to tuck away with friends you know (and maybe some you don’t) and get lost in the moment.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of five years experience with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. They must be team focused and hospitality driven. It is Brasero's goal to create an indelible experience for all of our guests while pushing and nurturing our team to provide one of the best dining experiences in Chicago.
Base salary is $83,000-$90,000 depending on experience. A bonus structure exists on top of that.
