A company is looking for a Manager, Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Project Managers for the implementation and delivery of Managed Services and Ethernet-based solutions
Ensure timely and accurate installation of services while managing multiple resources to meet critical milestones
Develop and maintain an environment that promotes operational excellence and high customer service levels
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of telecom experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
Project Management experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience in IP Transit, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Ethernet services is necessary
Strong background in provisioning and activation of telecom services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
