A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on their software and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client site implementations and ongoing maintenance, ensuring quality assurance and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and provide training on system features
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly while driving continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of direct client or associate / analyst experience preferred
2+ years of project management experience
Solid technical background with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
