Key Responsibilities
Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate the performance review process, managing timelines and documentation
Prepare reports for the HR team and leadership to highlight trends and recommendations
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a growing or professional service environment
Familiarity with performance management processes and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS / performance management systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information
