Position summary : JMT is seeking a construction project manager in the Washington, DC area for an exciting opportunity to work with the federal government. The construction project manager will provide construction project oversite using knowledge of general engineering and construction principles and practices to interpret, organize, coordinate, communicate and execute. This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification.

The salary range for this opportunity is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in both an office and field (construction) environment. Office to field time is approximately 20% to 80% respectively. Field work requires climbing, walking and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat / cold, wet / humid, and dry / arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs.) may be required.
