POSITION SUMMARY : NG & NGL is seeking a Project Engineer to manage midstream crude oil and gas processing pipeline projects. The Project Engineer manages all aspects of assigned projects through engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Aspects include, scope, cost, schedule, feasibility, concept engineering, detailed design, equipment selection and procurement, contractor selection, construction oversight, management of change, personnel and process safety, environmental oversight, and all other project tasks to successfully accomplish the project objectives. This position will report to the Engineering Manager.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborates with affected departments during project development (Conceptual, Feasibility, and Definition) to vet resource estimates, schedules, business benefits, environmental / health / safety impacts.
• Facilitates project detailed design and technical reviews to ensure design meets corporate engineering standards.
• Prepares decision support packages for review and approval by management.
• Executes project construction and commissioning
• Manages, controls, and communicates project performance to multi-discipline project teams consisting of Operations, Business Development, Construction, Subject Matter Experts, and other ad hoc internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain in the development of a sourcing plan for engineering and execution.
• Develops and implements risk response plan to monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle. This includes organizing and planning project HAZOPS and PHAs as needed.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously of varying magnitude and complexity from conception to commissioning and start-up.
• Maintains accurate, thorough, and current project documentation.
