Salary Rate :  $130,000-$140,000 DOE

Remote Position open to candidates on the East Coast / Central time zones.

The Director of Human Resources Operations leads the operational backbone of Eckerd Connects’ HR function, ensuring the seamless delivery of people services across all programs and affiliates. This position is responsible for modernizing, integrating, and optimizing HR systems, processes, and compliance frameworks to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
