Director, Hr Corporate Functions

The Director, HR Corporate Functions provides strategic human resources leadership to the company's global Corporate Functions, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, and Strategy. Partnering closely with global executive leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), this role ensures HR strategies are aligned with both the overall company strategy and the unique needs of these functions. The Director will oversee a high-performing HR team, champion strategic succession planning, drive leadership and career development, embed DE&I priorities, and support transformation efforts across a complex, global, and matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership (Visualize)

• Serve as the primary HR leader for global Corporate Functions, developing and sustaining trusted relationships with executive leaders worldwide.
• Anticipate future organizational needs, envision innovative solutions, and align HR priorities with enterprise strategy.
• Partner with COEs to adapt and implement global leadership, career development, succession planning, DE&I, and talent management initiatives.

This position will require flexibility to support global organizational needs, however, core working hours are east coast time zone and preferred candidate is Clearwater-based or east coast-based for ease of travel to HQ (25%). Some international travel is also required (10%).
