Location : Houston, TX

Responsibilities :

• Create residential structural drawings (wood frame and / or related flooring designs)
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and clients to ensure the timely delivery of quality designs, blueprints, and construction documents
• Conduct reviews to ensure designs meet safety and building code requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in structural design technology

Preferred Qualifications :

Required : Ability to independently complete residential wood framing designs

Preferred : Experience with residential wood flooring designs is a plus.
