Senior Manager, System Software

A company is looking for a Senior Manager to lead their System Software SWAT Team within CSP Engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional SWAT team for rapid triage and resolution of complex system software issues

Drive technical incident response and manage escalation across various software layers

Build and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with technical leads and internal teams

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in system software, with 5+ years in data center or HPC software environments

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience working with hyperscalers in production environments

6+ years of management experience

Deep technical expertise in Linux kernel, device drivers, and networking protocols
