Overview
This Change Manager Role within Physical Security plays a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of new systems, processes, policies and shifts across our global organization. You will be a bridge between strategic program goals and the people affected by the change, ensuring that the initiatives are embraced, adopted and sustained. You are instrumental in ensuring stakeholder engagement, driving transformation efforts by minimizing disruption, increasing alignment and embedding lasting behavioral and operational change.

What You'll Do
Change Strategy - Design and implement tailored change management plans to support the rollout of physical security technical and operational initiativesCommunications Planning identify, map and engage stakeholders across regions and functions to understand impact, anticipate concerns and build supportTraining & Enablement work with leadership to develop training programs and support tools that prepare teams for transitionAdoption Monitoring measure adoption, identify barriers and iterate strategic based real-time feedback and performance indicatorsRisk and Mitigation proactively identify resistance, organizational risks and change fatigue and define strategies to address them effectivelySkills You'll Need
Understanding of physical security systems to align change efforts with operational adoptionExperience designing training content, delivering training material in a virtual or in-person settingProficiency with tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint to create compelling communication materials.Ability to integrate change activities with overall project management timelines and related tools.Strong ability to draft, review and revise procedures, policy documents and user guides in alignment with standardsCertified in Agile project delivery methodology with proficiency in JIRA and other project management toolsSkills That Will Help You Excel
Ability to craft and deliver messages that resonate across audiences from junior to senior staffGuide and motivate stakeholders at all levels toward shared change objectivesAssess challenges and develop practical people centric solutions that support a successful transformationNavigate diverse cultural norms and communication styles to build a collaborative and supportive change adoption across global teamsCollaborate with divisional and global Communication Teams to ensure branding is alignedExpectations

The salary range for this position in Cary, NC is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
