Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the daily administration of the company's benefits and wellbeing programs. This role requires a deep understanding of benefits administration, technical processes, and the ability to think critically all while demonstrating a strong commitment to promoting a culture of health and wellbeing.

Essential Functions :

• Benefits Management : Manage escalated inquiries and issues related to Outfitter benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Critical Thinking : Support competitive analysis, data analysis, and reporting of insights upon request. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Must identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for change.
• Workday : Must be knowledgeable in Workday and able to process Workday inbox tickets, run error reports, correct error reports, run audits, and make recommendations for changes in process, automation, instructions, etc.
• Communications : Provide benefit & wellbeing resources to HRBP's, Support Center, and outfitters as needed and respond timely to requests.
• All other duties as assigned
