Job description

Unit Manager positions available for skilled nursing facilities located in the Bronx, NY

LTC & Subacute Unit Manager opportunities available

Salary Range : $90K to $115K per year (Depending on experience and the facility)

Qualifications :

  • Must have a New York RN license
  • Must have long-term care / skilled nursing experience
  • Must have managerial experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with patient’s examinations and / or questions.
  • Monitoring resident health status and implementing necessary interventions
  • Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
  • Managing unit budget and resources and maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, as well as addressing staff concerns and resolving conflicts
  • Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
