Shift : Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570 - $1680

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or compact state)

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Experience with ICU and Intermediate Care (IMC) level care

COVID-19 vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions considered)

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU and medical-surgical patients in a LTACH facility

Manage patient flow with nurse-to-patient ratios up to 1 : 5 during peak times

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Provide care in accordance with LTACH protocols, standards, and best practices

Participate in weekend coverage as scheduled
